Our parents lived in their home, our childhood home for 53 years. They didn't want to move but they knew they had to move. The overwhelming feelings of uncertainty, the fear of leaving what you know and what you are comfortable with is huge. 

 

The process was more than they could handle. Preparing their home to sell. Making their 1950's home appealing to first time homeowners. Selling their home. Looking for a new home. Buying a new home and a  renovation to take a 1970's home into the 2010's.

 

That's why we decided to use our expertise to start Next Chapter Properties OC. We wanted to do something that made a difference in others' lives, help those in our same situation get through the process with as little stress as possible.

 

We can't promise no stress but we can promise to do our best to make it as easy and successful as possible.
