Dwayne Nagel is a Real Estate Broker with over 25 years of experience in real estate, finance and accounting. He is also a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) with a unique understanding of the financial aspects of real estate transactions.
His experience includes serving in key financial roles at Fluor Corporation, Craig Realty Group, and Bank of America. His business acumen brings insight and expertise to each transaction to ensure that you receive smooth, well executed and financially prudent results.
Danelle Nagel is a resident of San Clemente and has over 10 years of experience working in the real estate industry. She earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Human Resources and Marketing from Cal State University, Long Beach.
Danelle was awarded her Senior Real Estate Specialists, SRES® designation, and is qualified in understanding the needs, considerations, and goals of real estate buyers and sellers age 50 and older. She has the knowledge and expertise to counsel her clients through major life transitions involved in downsizing, relocating, or selling the family home.
Sonja is an award winning public relations, design, marketing and social media professional with over 20 years of experience. She earned her degree from UCLA.
She's created award winning Social Media programs utilizing Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, YouTube, Flicker, Yelp, LinkedIn, Foursquare, Google+, Storify, Posterous and other social media channels.
She strategically designed, managed, and oversaw companies brand development through blog posts, articles, newsletters, communications materials, and other material for social media channels.Sonja finds enormous pride by creating new and exciting ways to market and communicate with others by utilizing Web tools, social media and new communication research.

She loves dogs and would be thrilled to take them on a walk or scratch their belly. You will be dog gone happy. Just give her a ruff. You won’t be barking up the wrong tree.
